I have been unable to find the factory setting for the air/fuel mixture screw. I think Suzuki do not publish this setting because the bike comes with the screw glued up or covered and you aren't supposed to touch it !

I set mine by ear. Start with the screw fully in. The engine will tickover terribly. Unscrew slowly. This weakens the mixture. The engine will run much smoother as the screw is turned out. My bikes best running was with the screw 2 turns unscrewed from fully in. There was no point turning the screw out more than two turns. Screwing out weakens the mixture. Turn the screw out just enough to get smooth running and no more.

How have other people set their mixture screws ?
How many turns out ?
